Sales
- Handle sales enquires/ RFQ from distributors
- Project management
- Support sales in generating quotations
- Sale order registration
- Monitor customer outstanding orders from distributors and ensure smooth delivery or orders
- Generate invoices
- Stock list update
- Exhibition requirements and arrangements for shipments
- Generate warranty letter
- Creation of new part number and updating BOM details
Purchasing
- RFQ suppliers to check for pricing and leadtime for production parts
- Process PO to suppliers for production related parts
- Handle in-house purchase requirement (R&D, Engr & Production)
- Monitor supplier outstanding orders and ensure goods are delivered as per date promised
- Post in material receipt and vendor invoice
- Update production batch
- Raise RMA to supplier for faulty part

- Manage the project front-end.
