Sales

• Handle sales enquires/ RFQ from distributors
• Project management
• Support sales in generating quotations
• Sale order registration
• Monitor customer outstanding orders from distributors and ensure smooth delivery or orders
• Generate invoices
• Stock list update
• Exhibition requirements and arrangements for shipments
• Generate warranty letter
• Creation of new part number and updating BOM details

Purchasing

• RFQ suppliers to check for pricing and leadtime for production parts
• Process PO to suppliers for production related parts
• Handle in-house purchase requirement (R&D, Engr & Production)
• Monitor supplier outstanding orders and ensure goods are delivered as per date promised
• Post in material receipt and vendor invoice
• Update production batch
• Raise RMA to supplier for faulty part 

• Diploma holder or equivalent

• At least 2 years of CS-sales support and/or purchasing experience

• Handle & manage existing customers in the engineering industry

• Support sales in all pre-sales and post-sales activities

• Attend to customers’ requirement, answer all enquiries and propose solutions to them.

• Demonstrate technical know-how to customers during sales presentations.

• Canvassing / creating new customers in the above industry by promoting PBA key products

• Identify Niche products used in the industry

• Maintain good customer relationships

• Achieve sales target set by the company

• Technically competent in the engineering industry. with at least 2-3 Years of sales experience in the same industry (Mechanical component trading).

• Possesses own vehicle

Basic + Allowance

• Maintain full set accounts and management reports.
• Quarterly GST submission
• Prepare Audit schedules and liaising with external auditor
• Assists Manager in ad hoc projects if required

• Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent/pursuing Professional Qualifications
• Min. 2 years' of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with costing experience.
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to relate to all levels of staff across all functions.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Suitable candidates should be able to commence work within short notice period.

Reporting to the Chief Technical officer this position is responsible for assisting the team with the day to day operation. He/She will also be exposed to International sales and Product application. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starter and with the ability to supervise Other responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales and product strategy and milestones to penetrate key accounts.
• Identify customer business opportunity; organize internal resources; Plan business and technical engagements.
• Lead and deliver product solutions presentations, based on company’s product portfolios, customers’ business model, technical requirements and competitive advantages.
• Manage and lead customers enquires and bidding responses, working with other departments in the company.
• Manage the project front-end.
• Feedback customer requirements into product planning.

• Hiring Singaporean or PR only
• Min Diploma in Mechantronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills in a similar environment working with customers & staffs.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 2 years related work experience.
• Good Emotional Intelligence.
• Willingness to Travel if required.

• Mainly responsible for delivery of goods
• Assist with store work when no on driving duties.

• Possess Class 3 licence & familiar with the directions and road condition in Singapore. Only Singaporean or SPR may apply.
